Frequently Asked Questions About Calibration Services

For most equipment we do not require a RMA to be issued prior to shipping to us. However, we do require a purchase order or document that includes the bill to/ship to, point of contact, unit I.D., work requested and return shipping instructions with every order. The only equipment we do require a RMA number to be issued for, is if it is ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulation) controlled. You must contact us prior to shipping the unit to us.
